一、網(wǎng)站定位
廣東省半導(dǎo)體照明產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)合創(chuàng)新中心主要面向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的創(chuàng)新需求，系統(tǒng)集成有效創(chuàng)新資源，完善創(chuàng)新服務(wù)功能，營造創(chuàng)新環(huán)境，是廣東LED產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略智庫、信息交互樞紐、檢測認(rèn)證基地、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新橋梁、金融服務(wù)尖兵、人才培養(yǎng)高地、成果展示舞臺。
為了進(jìn)一步推動廣東省LED產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)的線上推廣，為廣東省LED企業(yè)提供全方 位的信息，資訊，平臺商務(wù)服務(wù)，按照打造業(yè)內(nèi)一流門戶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站將以一個(gè)全新的整體形象出現(xiàn)在公眾面前。網(wǎng)站將采用“統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、協(xié)同建設(shè)、分級管理、分散維護(hù)”的模式，力求把創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶建設(shè)成為外觀大氣、功能齊全、內(nèi)容豐富、更新及時(shí)、服務(wù)到位、制度健全、考核機(jī)制完善的廣東省LED產(chǎn)業(yè)對外宣傳窗口和集行業(yè)資訊、企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)、商務(wù)信息、公共服務(wù)四位一體的LED商務(wù)平臺。
二、欄目要求
1、頁面及布局設(shè)計(jì)
網(wǎng)站首頁及其他頁面風(fēng)格要求色彩符合代表創(chuàng)新、環(huán)保的視覺色系、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)大氣，視覺效果鮮明同時(shí)不易造成審美疲勞；整體欄目布局要求按功能分類布局，整體框架擬采用三欄形式顯示。
2、欄目設(shè)計(jì)
主站欄目設(shè)計(jì)主要以首頁、新聞、產(chǎn)研、技術(shù)、電商、輿情、展覽、雜志、標(biāo)桿體系、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光組件幾大功能定位；主站次級功能導(dǎo)航欄目分為LED專營店、戰(zhàn)略研究院、品牌研究院、產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫、樂德技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、粵港臺論壇六大快捷鏈接。首頁版塊設(shè)置整站內(nèi)容搜索功能，方便用戶瀏覽查詢。
3、技術(shù)要求
創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站建設(shè)采用成熟的內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)，整站可生成靜態(tài)瀏覽網(wǎng)頁便于控制和搜索引擎優(yōu)化。
整站構(gòu)架可選擇兩種以下兩種結(jié)構(gòu)：A、PHP + IIS/Apache + MySql；B、JSP+AJAX+Struts+Tomcat/WebLogic/JBoss+MySQL/Oracle。
三、功能要求
1、站群系統(tǒng)
創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站將集成GSC八大平臺所涉及的各個(gè)平臺網(wǎng)站，整站維護(hù)后期按部門進(jìn)行內(nèi)容更新會員權(quán)限分配和發(fā)布審批，整站管理賬號由主站管理員統(tǒng)一按權(quán)限、角色、欄目分類，充分細(xì)化權(quán)限的深度與廣度，以便于細(xì)化管理，落實(shí)責(zé)任。
整站系統(tǒng)欄目設(shè)定可按需要由管理員自行變動；門戶網(wǎng)站必須使用統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)庫，統(tǒng)一的管理入口，統(tǒng)一的管理平臺，方便各管理員縱向、橫向進(jìn)行信息交換。
信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)應(yīng)包含功能完備的信息報(bào)送、投稿和信息審核功能；擁有功能強(qiáng)大的內(nèi)容編輯系統(tǒng)，規(guī)定統(tǒng)一格式，并支持微軟、WPS等主流軟件的Word、Excel表格直接復(fù)制、粘貼、發(fā)布，自動分頁；文章關(guān)聯(lián)應(yīng)包括按關(guān)鍵字顯示其他相關(guān)文章，關(guān)鍵字、關(guān)鍵字自動鏈接；同時(shí)支持敏感字詞的檢查過濾，如出現(xiàn)非法關(guān)鍵字詞，發(fā)布系統(tǒng)應(yīng)報(bào)警提示。
創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)支持全靜態(tài)發(fā)布技術(shù)，可以將網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容全部生成靜態(tài)HTML文件。
2、優(yōu)化設(shè)置
創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站首頁、欄目頁、專題頁、新聞頁須支持包括、keywords、description關(guān)鍵字設(shè)置，便于管理員進(jìn)行全部關(guān)鍵詞修改和信息發(fā)布管理員針對不同信息內(nèi)容進(jìn)行利于搜索引擎收錄的關(guān)鍵詞設(shè)置。<br />3、擴(kuò)展管理<br />考慮到后期網(wǎng)站擴(kuò)展開發(fā)建設(shè)，創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)整網(wǎng)一體化管理，特別針對網(wǎng)站專題開發(fā)方面，應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中心技術(shù)人員部分功能自行開發(fā)的易用性。<br />4、社會化分享功能<br />考慮到LED門戶將與創(chuàng)新中心各個(gè)微信公共平臺、微博等社會化平臺進(jìn)行內(nèi)容互動，LED門戶網(wǎng)站在內(nèi)容分享方面，應(yīng)考慮到社會化分享的移動端瀏覽和社會化流量導(dǎo)入、移動平臺的轉(zhuǎn)載、分享功能。<br />5、流量統(tǒng)計(jì) <br />一方面自身可提供IP訪問量、訪問深度、訪問時(shí)間、入口網(wǎng)址、停留時(shí)間等在內(nèi)的統(tǒng)計(jì)功能，按年、月、周、日以曲線圖或餅狀圖顯示。按信息上傳量、瀏覽量、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信箱辦結(jié)數(shù)分別對子站進(jìn)行排行；另一方面針對包括百度、360、站長統(tǒng)計(jì)等第三方流量統(tǒng)計(jì)平臺可實(shí)現(xiàn)全面兼容統(tǒng)計(jì)。<br />6、安全系統(tǒng)<br />安全系統(tǒng)——網(wǎng)頁防篡改和數(shù)據(jù)備份機(jī)制<br />采用實(shí)時(shí)阻斷技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)程式篡改檢測引擎，阻斷非法進(jìn)程對網(wǎng)站的篡改；采用事件觸發(fā)技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)觸發(fā)式篡改檢測引擎，瞬間清除被非法篡改的網(wǎng)頁，并實(shí)時(shí)恢復(fù)，結(jié)合事件觸發(fā)技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)災(zāi)難型篡改檢測引擎，與服務(wù)器聯(lián)動，應(yīng)對災(zāi)難式網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊事件。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)按實(shí)現(xiàn)整站備份、數(shù)據(jù)庫備份，在網(wǎng)站遇到不可預(yù)知的災(zāi)難性事故時(shí)，無損于網(wǎng)站歷史數(shù)據(jù)的同時(shí)，快速導(dǎo)入備份數(shù)據(jù)，恢復(fù)網(wǎng)站正常運(yùn)行。<br /><strong>四、售后技術(shù)服務(wù)</strong><br />1、為本次項(xiàng)目組織專業(yè)的維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)；<br />2、兩年內(nèi)，對此網(wǎng)站群提供免費(fèi)維護(hù)服務(wù)；免費(fèi)服務(wù)范圍包括：系統(tǒng)維護(hù)和監(jiān)控；排除解決網(wǎng)站運(yùn)行中發(fā)生的故障，保證網(wǎng)站的正常運(yùn)行；<br />3、提供7*24小時(shí)電話或遠(yuǎn)程支持服務(wù)；<br />4、遠(yuǎn)程不能解決的問題，到現(xiàn)場提供支持服務(wù)<br /><div>5、網(wǎng)站存在的BUG，提供終生免費(fèi)排除服務(wù)；提供免費(fèi)使用培訓(xùn)。</div> <p>

二、欄目要求
1、頁面及布局設(shè)計(jì)
網(wǎng)站首頁及其他頁面風(fēng)格要求色彩符合代表創(chuàng)新、環(huán)保的視覺色系、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)大氣，視覺效果鮮明同時(shí)不易造成審美疲勞；整體欄目布局要求按功能分類布局，整體框架擬采用三欄形式顯示。
2、欄目設(shè)計(jì)
主站欄目設(shè)計(jì)主要以首頁、新聞、產(chǎn)研、技術(shù)、電商、輿情、展覽、雜志、標(biāo)桿體系、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光組件幾大功能定位；主站次級功能導(dǎo)航欄目分為LED專營店、戰(zhàn)略研究院、品牌研究院、產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫、樂德技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、粵港臺論壇六大快捷鏈接。首頁版塊設(shè)置整站內(nèi)容搜索功能，方便用戶瀏覽查詢。
3、技術(shù)要求
創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站建設(shè)采用成熟的內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)，整站可生成靜態(tài)瀏覽網(wǎng)頁便于控制和搜索引擎優(yōu)化。
整站構(gòu)架可選擇兩種以下兩種結(jié)構(gòu)：A、PHP + IIS/Apache + MySql；B、JSP+AJAX+Struts+Tomcat/WebLogic/JBoss+MySQL/Oracle。
1、站群系統(tǒng)
創(chuàng)新中心LED門戶網(wǎng)站將集成GSC八大平臺所涉及的各個(gè)平臺網(wǎng)站，整站維護(hù)后期按部門進(jìn)行內(nèi)容更新會員權(quán)限分配和發(fā)布審批，整站管理賬號由主站管理員統(tǒng)一按權(quán)限、角色、欄目分類，充分細(xì)化權(quán)限的深度與廣度，以便于細(xì)化管理，落實(shí)責(zé)任。
整站系統(tǒng)欄目設(shè)定可按需要由管理員自行變動；門戶網(wǎng)站必須使用統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)庫，統(tǒng)一的管理入口，統(tǒng)一的管理平臺，方便各管理員縱向、橫向進(jìn)行信息交換。
信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)應(yīng)包含功能完備的信息報(bào)送、投稿和信息審核功能；擁有功能強(qiáng)大的內(nèi)容編輯系統(tǒng)，規(guī)定統(tǒng)一格式，并支持微軟、WPS等主流軟件的Word、Excel表格直接復(fù)制、粘貼、發(fā)布，自動分頁；文章關(guān)聯(lián)應(yīng)包括按關(guān)鍵字顯示其他相關(guān)文章，關(guān)鍵字、關(guān)鍵字自動鏈接；同時(shí)支持敏感字詞的檢查過濾，如出現(xiàn)非法關(guān)鍵字詞，發(fā)布系統(tǒng)應(yīng)報(bào)警提示。
